China doesn't have copyright laws, but if they are shipping to other countries then MS can ask the chinese government to stop the illegal trade and sometimes the government will actually comply but it's usually pretty slow. It says at the bottom that the game only works on a cracked system. That means they are burned games that require a modded system so it's not a good deal at all.

Yeah you would be paying twice the amount on these games since you can just download them and burn them on a dual layered DVD which aren't that expensive anymore.

Buy a XBOX in China and the dealer would automatically have it modified to accept pirate games. Just 3 minutes, they're that fast! Then enjoy all the cheap games you can buy. American government criticize China the most for piracy, but then American travelers buy a lot more pirate games in China than the locals, too.
